The trip was well-organized and a lot of fun for our whole family. The guides did a good job of making sure everyone was safe, and enjoyed their trip. Paddling through the caves was an awesome experience.

This was an amazing experience that far exceeded our expectations. Because of the time of year, our group consisted of just my wife, my adult daughter and me. Abner was our guide and he was the best. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a lot of fun. The caves are amazing on kayaks. We didn’t tube, so can’t compare, but Abner said we went deeper into caves and to more places than the tubes can go. The only negative is everything gets wet so you can’t take your cell phone for pictures without a waterproof case or something bag. Highly recommend having one because we missed some incredible photo ops. Highly recommend this experience, especially with Abner.I can't recommend this enough. I can't recommend this enough. Any one of these tours you do really should be with VIV tours. Marco, our tour guide was beyond incredible. We ended up missing our reservation for this kayak tour due to some confusion on our end, and VIV Tours, Marco, Miguel and Narcisco were so helpful and accommodating. They let us join the next tour, which was tubing. I know the kayaking would've been amazing. It sounds like you will visit 3 caves total, and see tons of amazing sights, and formations. Marco takes you on a short hike through the jungle, and he is a Belize native, with Mayan ancestry, so his knowledge of the jungle and Mayan practices is so extensive. He really takes his time if he can tell you're enjoying it. He points out all different kinds of plants, and has so many amazing things to share about the jungle and caves. He truly made our experience one of our favorite things we did on this trip, and we did a ton! Just a side note, as the instructions say, keep driving until you get to the park entrance. There are guys from other less reputable companies that will try and stop you, flag you down, show their badges, and convince you that you're going with them. Just ignore them and drive past. VIV tours is the most reputable and trustworthy of any of these companies that do similar tours. Please don't forget to tip your tour guides! Our guide Barry was the best of our trip. Very professional, knowledgeable, fun, and safe. He kept the perfect pace for our entire family. 2 adults, and 2 kids (14 & 11). So much information about the area, caves, and country. This was a unique experience for lots of photos & videos.

I recommend this activity over the cave tubing. We rented the car so we drove to the site, which was easy to find. We had a guide for the group of 4 people, so it turned out to be a private tour. We had each single kayak that allowed us to be more flexible as to how each one of us wanted to navigate the river. Our guide Marco was fantastic. He made sure we avoid the crowd as much as possible. He was taking good care of us during the trip, gave us many interesting details about the nature around us while we were walking through the jungle. We were lucky to have him as a guide. We had an opportunity to take pictures and videos, jump from the rock and swim in the river. All this thanks to Marco who was great. Also, bring your water shoes , otherwise you will have to rent for 3 US$ in order to do the activity. The shoes are really necessary because you will be walking across river with rocks
