They went out of their way to make sure that we were safe and that the people in our group who were nervous felt comfortable. They were knowledgable about the caves and provided a lot of information. They helped us to get out of the tubes and visit a side cave that was exceptionally beautiful. Don't miss the opportunity to take this excursion with this company. We loved ziplining and cave tubing at Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve with our awesome guide Miguel. We loved ziplining and cave tubing at Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve with our awesome guide Miguel. The zip line is super fun, safe and scenic. The staff are amazing! You have 6 zip lines of varying levels of duration and speed. Cave tubing took us to an Avatar set - the nature is unbelievable! We did this with our 11-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son and they absolutely loved it and were in awe of the beautiful nature. We had a delicious lunch between the activities. Would recommend zip lining first and then getting wet in the caves, if you can pick the order. Can’t recommend this experience enough! We went on a day trip with our guide Cisco which started out at the Xunantunich Mayan ruins with a 2 hour tour , very informative! Then tied in a river cave float where he was more than comfortable & knowledgeable with all the surroundings. Would recommend!

We did the ziplining and cave tubing combo all in one day. The first hour or so is spent zipping through the canopy of the jungle and is pretty exhilarating. The last two lines pass over the crystal clear water of the cave branch river which was pretty sweet to see. The cave tubing was way more fun and adventurous than I had anticipated. Cisco brought us on the 30-40 minute hike to the beautiful cave entrance where we swam and relaxed for a half hour or so. The water was beautifully clear and the fish swimming around us were entertaining. We also enjoyed watching the cave and tree swallows flying in and out of the huge cave opening. We rafted up together in our tubes and floated through the caves as Cisco pointed out different features, stalactites and stalagmites, explained the process by which they were formed, discussed the flooding during hurricanes, and answered any questions we had on the area. The caves are so awesome. We docked our tubes at one spot to explore the cave for a bit. In one of the large caverns, Alejandro (Cisco’s companion and guide in training) and I jumped from some 6-8 foot ledges into the water. It was wicked. After that we navigated through some small passageways, ducking under iron oxide laden stalactites. We swam around inside the cave before returning to our tubes to resume the journey down stream. The river continued through the mountain cave for quite a while before opening up into the lush Belizean jungle. Cisco navigated the rest of our way down the lazy river. In addition to all of this Cisco packed us a delicious lunch of chicken thighs, rice and beans, and coleslaw, as well as rum punch and other drinks. 10/10 highly recommended using this company. I just would not do this tour with anyone else after having this experience. Cisco is an awesome tour guide and we all loved him.Miguel & Jose were just fabulous. Miguel & Jose were just fabulous. In an environment when I might have felt uncomfortable they made us feel safe all the time. I had a broken toe from a previous adventure and they made sure that I had help whenever I needed it. They were both knowledgeable in the flora, fauna, geology and history of the caves and cenotes. What was most impressive was their skill in navigating us through the water. I highly recommend Belize Caving Expeditions. One of the most amazing guided tours I’ve ever been on, our guide was literally the best, he went above and beyond to make sure that our group had the most amazing time, totally catered to all our needs - I’m beyond grateful and am looking forward to booking another tour with them in the near fut...
