Our visit with Patrizia in Siena was totally amazing!! What a wonderful and welcoming hostess and an outstanding chef. I wont give away her recipes but we were all very impressed at the innovative (yet simple) dishes we prepared and everything was delicious. It was hard to leave as we were having so much fun. I can't recommend the Cesarine experience and specifically Patrizia enough. I only hope we can do it again and am glad that we have a method to stay in contact to help us prepare the dishes at home.We had such an amazing time learning how to cook traditional Sienese dishes with Patrizia. She was a lovely host and we would HIGHLY recommend her, and the La Cesarine experience, to others. Barbara explained everything very well and always wanted to help us. She knew a lot about the food, about the area and was very kind. We definitely recommend her! One thing of notice, we did not have a car and it is not very well reachable with public transportation. This was a wonderful experience. It is a must do when visiting Siena. Meeting Patrizia and her translator Antonina was like meeting new friends. We shared laughter and cooking lessons as we learned about each other. A highlight of the trip.Barbara was welcoming, knowledgeable and dedicated to us. She explains everything in detail, with patiente and love. The setting of the kitchen and the table was great and very well organized. This is an experience you should not miss to get a touch of the real Italian cooking cuisine.
