Authentic experience in an Italian home. Quality ingredients and instruction. Enjoyable dinner with our hosts. After dinner our hosts helped us navigate their neighborhood and find a taxi. Very good experience over all.

This was the best cooking class I have ever attended. We try to take a cooking class on every vacation, and we've had some very good ones, but Rosanna and Raffaele were such welcoming hosts that this was the best. They took us to the local market and worked with us to develop a personalized menu. They involved us in the actual cooking and I learned a lot. We had such a good time with such good hosts - and we ate more food than we could have imagined. It was a great experience in preparing a simple but very delicious Piemontese cuisine. Rossana and Raffaele Abba were extremely charming hosts. I highly recommend this anybody that wishes to learn Piemontese cooking.

I booked this cooking class not knowing exactly what to expect, but I was so, so happy with how the experienced turned out! My amazing hosts were Raffaele and Rosanna. Raffaele warmly welcomed me with an espresso (I was the only student that day) while we waited briefly for Rosanna to finish up shopping for fresh ingredients at the nearby market. They then walked me through our menu for the day - a variety of local Piedmontese specialties including handmade pasta with meat sauce, local cheese topped with a parsley sauce, beef carpaccio, chocolate-stuffed peaches, and more. We then moved to the kitchen, where Rosanna walked me through making our unique menu. I can't say enough about how welcoming and kind Rosanna and Raffaele were during my experience. We spent hours cooking and talking about the food and history of Turin - the whole experience felt more like passing an afternoon with friends than an impersonal cooking class. I learned so many techniques and recipes that I know I'll use in the future. When most of the food was ready, we moved to the dining area where we enjoyed a leisurely (and large!) lunch. Rosanna and Raffaele even encouraged me to invite my husband for lunch, and while he couldn't attend due to work, Rosanna packed up another meal's worth of leftovers so he could try everything we made. We ended up making a meal of it for dinner! If you're looking for a unique, informative, and authentic cooking experience in Turn, don't hesitate to book this class!Top Erlebnis in Turin.
