- Water tours are dependent on ocean conditions and on rare occasions maybe suspended. Minimum age to operate the ATVs is 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. Minimum age for the Horseback and Zipline is 6 years old. Minimum age for the Power Snorkel is 10 years old. Lockers and aqua shoes are available for rental. Park may be crowded during peak times. Maximum weight for Horseback is 230 lbs. Maximum weight for Zipline is 265 lbs. Maximum weight for Power Snorkel is 275 lbs. Maximum weight for ATV is 300 lbs. Souvenirs & photos are available for sale.
- ARRIVAL TIME Please note: the time selected during checkout is your arrival time, not hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time depending on hotel location. HOTEL PICK-UP The hotel pickup times vary based on distance. Our group did the zip lining, ATV, horse back riding and snorkeling. We had the BEST time. By far the best vacation ever. You will not regretting booking with them!

The day of this tour, it rained so it was cancelled when we arrived at Chukka. There were about 75 tourists there and they said that we were going to be refunded the $330 (price for 2). We were told to give the refund 10 days but it has now been 20 business days. We are going to report it as a fr...
The day of this tour, it rained so it was cancelled when we arrived at Chukka. There were about 75 tourists there and they said that we were going to be refunded the $330 (price for 2). We were told to give the refund 10 days but it has now been 20 business days. We are going to report it as a fraudulent purchase to our bank since we paid with a credit card and have the confirmation. I have told the Chukka company this. Although the trip is on Trip Advisor, we booked last minute through the same company that did the Martha Brae trip. They appear to be apart of the same office. They have emailed us and contacted us via WhatsApp, but have yet to return our money. I’m tired of talking. These are the people that have yet to refund us: Antoin Henry, Natasha Wongdmmkd

This was an amazing experience at the Sandy Bay Outpost. The Chukka staff were friendly, funny, and well trained. The surroundings were beautiful to include a pool, pool bar, authentic Jamaican cuisine for lunch, and plenty of areas to rest in your downtime between events. I want to give a special shout out to Mark with the ATV crew, Roy who guided the horses, and CJ who lead the Zipline team. I felt comfortable and in control at every event. I would come back to Jamaica just to hang out at the outpost with my friends.750reka

Why i will never use chukka again. Your reps at the location were rude. All i wanted to do was checkin to get the wristbands. I had to go to two reps because neither one wanted to help . Why i will never use chukka again. Your reps at the location were rude. All i wanted to do was checkin to get the wristbands. I had to go to two reps because neither one wanted to help . Then I had to go to the original person that did not want to help me to get my wristbands if she did her job in the first place i wouldn’t have had to move back and forth between them. Then when i asked for the time i would be able to do my activities she was whispering them … then i have another concern as to why the long wait times for the activities. Other places I’ve been as long as you are at the location you can begin the activities. I arrived at chukka at 10am why is the first activity i paid for not available to me till 1pm I don’t care for the food that chukka serves i am just here to pay for what i requested and that was not what i received it takes wayyy to long to do anything that people pay for. If the activities don’t start till 1pm why pick me up so early i could literally be enjoying my vacation rather than just be waiting and wasting time. If this is how a establishment is being run be prepared to be lose a lot of money because this type of service never last long. Fix your reps at the chukka location because they don’t know who they are dealing with disrespect will only take you so far in the world. Hire people that actually enjoy their job and are not in for the tips. And don’t complain about the tips I ordered food from here(big mistake) they wouldn’t take a dollar that they gave me when i rented a looker because it was ripped. I then had to go back to the shop and give me a new dollar and underneath the ladys breath she said are you sure you didn’t rip it (if i could have slapped her then i would have )at least she was smart enough to give me a new dollar so i get food. The only good thing about chukka was the driver who drove us to the location and the people that actually handle the real activities those people are the real stars of this whole thing they made sure to make sure i enjoyed my time (thank you so much Shane/Shawn/ Cleveland and Damien!!!)They would be the only reason why i would come back only if i can ignore or you remove your so called reps that deal with your handling of tickets/wristbands and gift shop and food service (they were all female so sad they had such bad attitudes).Dozie94

This experience was pretty much an extremely fun bootcamp! They offer everything listed -- zipline, horseback riding, ATV and snorkeling off the catamaran. The zip line is 4 lines total with 2 lines over the montego bay. It was terrifying yet beautiful. The catamaran ride was LIT!!! They offer free alcohol during the ride after snorkeling and they played amazing music the entire time. They strongly encourage a boat party with everyone dancing on the boat. If you do nothing else at Chukka, get on the catamaran! Also go ziplining because why not. Truly, the entire day was amazing and if you spend 6 hours there like we did, you will not be bored.
