They over sell tickets! Can’t get on a bus they were full. They don’t care just shrug their shoulders and mutter there is a cruise ship in and keep selling tickets. I pre bought a ticket 3 days before departure makes no difference 23 Pound to catch this bus twice! The second time standing room only and I was abused by a passenger who couldn’t see because I was standing. Didn’t matter that I’m disabled, such a humiliating experience and they offer no help. Didn’t even bother using my second day, too stressful. Long waits, the buses didn’t come every 30min more like 50min.Really enjoyed it we had a 2 day pass so used it for both days Only complaint was we were on 4 buses however 2 buses had communication problems . Both microphones packed in

Tour guides were very knowledgeable. They pointed out all the important sights of the town. Learned a lotTour was so good we did it twice! Second time round we had entertainment from Paul our guide who got us singing along whilst cracking a few jokes. This is a must do if visiting Belfast!!

Mostly corny jokes when narrating the points of interest! The one in Dublin was much more informative!

Not my first time in Belfast, but my first time doing such a bus city tour. I do rather like the Belfast NI sense of humour. Really good and interesting tour with lots of humour thrown in. I now go around Belfast and look at their really great art installation and look at the name of the piece, but then I want to know what is it the locals call it? It was an informative, enjoyable tour, and some of it was very sad as you listened to the political 'troubles' I hope it does not resurface. Even the sad part of looking at the area covered by the 'troubles' was still tinged with many Belfast humour. Well worth the time, thoroughly recommend, And the driver and tour guard was great, I don't remember which names they gave us for any recommendation - I just remember there was a name if the review was bad and another one if it was good, so sorry guys, confused but it was great.
