As first time Barossa valley visitors we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Leaving it a bit late to book a tour we thought we missed out on the good ones. We were lucky enough to stumble across this tour and boy we weren’t disappointed! Our driver and tour operator Tony was exceptional and a true professional. Not only did he have thorough knowledge of the area, and especially the history, he was an outright genuine and easy to talk to to person. There was no set itinerary, and therefore we were able to pick our choice of wineries to visit. Tony discussed our preferences and even recommended places we knew nothing of. Then we set out for the day. The car, a vintage 1960’s Ford Mustang, was in mint condition and definitely a more stylish and unique way of exploring the Barossa valley. Not to mention the kick ass photos in front of the car and stunning locations for the gram! We can’t recommend this tour enough. From the service, to the knowledge, to the friendliness and warmth of our tour operator. If you are visiting the Barossa Valley make sure to pick this tour, you won’t be disappointed! We hope to take a ride through the Barossa with Tony again. Thank you! What a great day out. We had Carolyn take us to some wonderful boutique wineries. What a great day out. We had Carolyn take us to some wonderful boutique wineries. First stop was a brewery in Tenunda where we had a paddle each and the Batman put us on to Charles Melton Shiraz so we decided to visit this winery and so glad we did, beautiful spot we sat at large table with pen fire overlooking the vineyards, the winemaker was very attentive and we made some great purchases. Next stop was langmiel another boutique winery wonderful friendly stag and beautiful grounds. Then On to whistler and last stop tscharke, all so enjoyable and a range of low to premium priced wines. This was a great day just us two and our choice but Carolyn giving us some great advice. Great day out!!Spent an amazing afternoon with Tony in the Mustang convertible. Visited lots of out of the way less known little wineries and saw the sites of this beautiful region in style in the Mustang. Great day out and a must do if you have a bucket list. Tony knows the area well and gives you the full history you may not otherwise find out about. Top day!Our first time to the Barossa Valley so we wanted a tour with a difference. Our first time to the Barossa Valley so we wanted a tour with a difference. What a fantastic experience. Tony being a local was a wealth and information about the history of the Area and SA. The tour is very flexible from pick up to drop off, so you can subtract and add as you want. We were blessed with perfect weather so there is no better way of exploring the district than in a Mighty Mustang with the roof down. Thanks Tony for a really enjoyable tour.
