This was an unforgettable experience, we went with our kids who are 3 and 5 with our tour guide David. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The driver picked us up at the hotel on time in Guatemala city and actually dropped us off in Antigua after the trip...he was phenomenal. We rented horses for $40 U.S.D. each for the children though I feel like it could've been less because initially the guide said $50 each. The horses were definitely needed as I got a little tired and ended up riding with my son. I was especially impressed with Delpho and his horse Champion, Delpho literally wiped my kids nose when it started running, super nice wonderful guy. The views were incredible and roasting marshmallows on lava and buying souvenirs near the top was worth EVERYTHING. It was a beautiful experience.Carlos the driver was great and very knowledgeable.
