A fantastic tour with very knowledgeable guides! We were collected promptly from our AirBnb in the morning. The guides Pablo and Juan Esteban were very friendly and welcoming, with fluent English. First we visited a small coffee roaster. We saw the bean as it is delivered from the farm. They showed us how the beans are prepared and sorted before roasting. Then we saw a batch of coffee being roasted, before going upstairs and tasting 3 different coffees. Then we drove up into the hills to visit the farm. We were shown the whole lifecycle of the coffee plants, from seeds, to picking. Followed by an explanation of how the beans are processed, sorted and dried. And then we tasted the finished product! A really fantastic tour that genuinely showed us the coffee process from seed to bean to cup. Highly recommended!Incredible experience! Whether you like coffee or not you should definitely go on this tour, as you will have a whole new appreciation for coffee by the end.
