We had a great time. Peter was an excellent guide who was very informative about Provence. A good sampling at all three vineyards.

Wine Tour of Cotes de Provence was amazing. We visited three wonderful wineries Domaine de Canta Rainette, Chateau Reva, and Jas D'Esclans. All three were very welcoming and great host. Our tour guide Peter was excellent and knowledgeable. Peter gave us time to ask questions, take pictures, and experience the every day operations of these great wineries. Highly recommended it.

This tour is good. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and gave us a lot off history about Provence region and wineries. However, I really urge the tour company to pick wineries where you can sit and do wine tastings rather than standing. Also it is very important to provide some crackers and water during wine tastings which is kind of the normal right now all throughout the world. The first two wineries were good however we were standing and doing wine tastings, also there was no offerings of water, chips or crackers. Only the last winery which was after lunch, there was offerings of crackers and jams. I really think it is very essential to sit down and do a wine tasting rather than standing as it feels rushed. Overall, the wineries were good.
I did not know what to expect on this tour. When I booked there were no reviews and I was skeptical of paying 200/person to essentially be driven around Provence and sip a few ounces of wine. I may be among the first to tell you that I was thoroughly satisfied with this experience. I took the ...
I did not know what to expect on this tour. When I booked there were no reviews and I was skeptical of paying 200/person to essentially be driven around Provence and sip a few ounces of wine. I may be among the first to tell you that I was thoroughly satisfied with this experience. I took the Cotes de Provence wine tour on June 2. It was a Saturday which worked in our favour, as there was minimal traffic at 9am. We were in a comfortable, air conditioned van with other English speaking travellers. Our tour guide, Peter, was a British native, so he spoke perfect English. Peter did a great job of breaking the ice and encouraging us to get to know our fellow traveller, which definitely enhanced our experience. Peter was very knowledgeable, not just about wine and the wineries on our tour, but also of the geography and history of the area. This tour was a great way to see some of the lesser traveled parts of the French Riviera and the Provence region. The wineries were beautiful and the tour allowed us a back stage pass to view the wine making process before enjoying fantastic wines. For lunch we were dropped off in a quaint town where we had 1.5hour to enjoy a lunch at a place of our choosing and do some sightseeing. I chose this tour for that reason other tours I considered provide lunch, but would not accommodate dietary restrictions. My partner and I ate on Peter's recommendation at Cafe De Paris, we had the burgers for which they use potato patties as the bun. I had the veggie burger not suitable for vegans it was excellent, we were very happy with Cafe de Paris. My partner and I both agree that this tour was the highlight of our time in Nice, we definitely recommend it.

We spent a wonderful day tasting white, rose and red wines at three vineyards. Our guide, Peter, was very knowledgeable about each vineyard, the unique production process leveraged at each one, and provided a behind the scenes tour of each vineyard. We spent a charming lunch in an ancient village, which was fun to explore. While the tastings are with a group - we had two other charming couples in our group - you can have lunch anywhere in the town. While our typical wine is Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, we really enjoyed tasting these varieties and will be coming home with a few bottles! Pros: - Introduction to new wine - Excellent guide - Each vineyard was unique - Great way to spend a day - Nice, clean, air conditioned van - Easy to book via Trip Advisor - The travel route was all major highways, so an easy ride for anyone who tends to get ill in the car - At each vineyard, we had 4-5+ tastings Considerations: - You need a day in you schedule - Bring a water bottle to keep hydratedNous avons eu droit à un tour exceptionnel avec Danielle, notre guide, dans trois différents domaines avec chacun une très belle histoire à raconter.
