During this full-day experience, you will be able to become familiar with some well-known Italian brands and delicacies born in Emilia-Romagna.
We will pick you up with a minivan directly at your place in Bologna, Modena or Florence (please choose a correct tour option) in the morning and let your perfect day begin. We will visit local producers to learn something new about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco sparkling wine. After all the tours, you’ll taste the products to discover their typical flavors.
Your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari. And, of course, without having lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area.
At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to your place.

We will start our tour with a guided visit at a cheese factory and learn how aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced.

After we proceed with a visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello with cars, images and trophies that have marked the history of the brand, and you will be able to experience the places where the most beautiful cars in the world are designed.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA /
Then we will continue with a visit to an “Acetaia” and discover the production of the famous “black gold”, the precious traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, which you will be able to taste at the end of your guided tour.

Great tours at each stop. Parmesan one was ok, wines were interesting, the acetaia was amazing and served a large lunch platter. Ferrari was interesting as well. We ended up being the only 2 in our car so it felt like a private tour almost.

The itinerary and places visited in Modena surpassed our expectations. Everyone that hosted us were excellent! They were so friendly, knowledgeable and articulate and welcomed all our questions and curiosity. It truly made our trip to Italy memorable!!

A very good way to experience the area, especially when you have just one or two days in Bologna. I learned so much about the Parmesan cheese making, saw how Balsamic vinegar is being produced, learned some tips regarding how to choose the right one. And Lambrusco is definitely is an underestimat...

I learned so much about the Parmesan cheese making, saw how Balsamic vinegar is being produced, learned some tips regarding how to choose the right one. And Lambrusco is definitely is an underestimated wine! Lunch was tasty as well. All the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Would repeat for sure!
