Overview
We will start your food journey in the Brera neighborhood, one of Milan’s hippest area. We will stroll the intimate streets of this area and get ready to sample local delicacies such as a gelato made from organic and natural products, a local sandwich called tramezzino and a typical salumi sandwich.
As you wander around the atmospheric streets of Milan, you can hear about the city’s history and traditions from a local’s perspective. Continue with a stop at a small artisan chocolate shop and enjoy a sample of delicious chocolate.
We will move on to another cool new area. and enjoy a delicious pizza at a chic bakery. Along with all local delicacies, you’ll also have the chance to enjoy a glass of locally-sourced wine at a popular bar.

We find that food tours are a terrific way to get a “taste” of a place’s culture, and this didn’t disappoint. Our guide was charming and friendly and added stops beyond food that were enriching, such as a visit to the oldest church in Milan and a contemporary art gallery. Our guide was from Napoli, and the food we had seemed more about Napoli than Milan, but everything was delicious, and the portions were generous.
