What to expect
Discover Freediving: Dive Deep into Adventure
Embark on a transformative journey beneath the waves with our discovery freediving program. Whether you're a seasoned snorkeler or a beginner, here's the schedule for the day:
Optional Yoga Session (7:30 AM): Begin with a grounding yoga session to set the tone for a day of exploration. It's the perfect way to awaken your senses and prepare your body.
Freediving Basics (9:00 AM): Dive into an engaging theory class where we introduce the fundamentals of freediving. We keep it simple and fun, ensuring you grasp the essentials.
Pool Training (10:00 AM): Proceed to our pool session, where you'll get comfy with your freediving gear and practice essential techniques. It's safe and perfect for newcomers.
The Open Sea Adventure (11:00 AM): With your newfound knowledge, venture to the sea. Experience the mesmerizing underwater realm, dive, float, and enjoy the deep's serenity. This adventure concludes with a delightful fun dive at the end.
The best part? Your open water dive will be recorded. Relive the memories and share your underwater journey with friends.
