Tour guide, Sheila, very knowledgeable and helpful, and the driver very patient and kind with the less mobile folk. Bus spotlessly clean, and the day ran punctually. Rather than dropping everyone back to Victoria in the evening people were let out at more suitable stops. Excellent day out.
