Kevin and Paul went out of their way to handle each challenge as quickly as possible with the least discomfort to the touristsTour guide, Sheila, very knowledgeable and helpful, and the driver very patient and kind with the less mobile folk. Bus spotlessly clean, and the day ran punctually. Rather than dropping everyone back to Victoria in the evening people were let out at more suitable stops. Excellent day out.

After receiving a confirmation text on Sunday we arrived at the Victoria Coach Station on Monday to find that our tour wasn’t running. This greatly affected our plans for the week because we had to reschedule for Wednesday and it divided a two day consecutive rail ticket. We have had very good experiences with Viator in the past but this was unacceptable. We are hoping for a better experience on Wednesday. I’m very disappointed.excellent outing. Rees and Andre our guide and driver for the day took care of us very well.Looking forward to go on more trips like this.
