Yellowstone by bike is a great way to see the park. It is even better when you have an e-bike assist to the top of Swan Lake Flats. The one-man show company is terrific. Our party of four rented e-bikes for the day in April when the roads were closed for cars but open for bikes. We left at noon and returned at 6 pm happy, hungry, and ready to go again. The CEO and bike wrangler friendly, well organized and able to answer all of our questions in an open, engaged and respectful way. We have been in the Park many times but this was one of the most enjoyable ways to do it. In times when the Park is fully open to cars, if you don't like riding along side cars, RVs and bison, take the guided tour so you can start from inside the Park. Our tour on the e-bike in Yellowstone was the highlight of our trip to Montana and the Park. Our tour on the e-bike in Yellowstone was the highlight of our trip to Montana and the Park. Our guide, Jay, was informative and fun and he paced the tour to our family. Thanks to his keen eye and binoculars we saw mountain goats, bison and other wildlife. We also had magnificent views of the river, and then hiked down to Osprey falls (even had a swim!), and a wonderful time. We saw only one other person during the entire 6 hour trip. The bikes are in new condition and are very fun to ride. I was the most hesitant of the group, but was completely at ease on this bike. This activity is a "must do".Being able to go on an e-bike tour with Jay was a fantastic experience and a great way to see a different side of the park. Being able to go on an e-bike tour with Jay was a fantastic experience and a great way to see a different side of the park. He was easy to talk to, kind and incredibly knowledgeable about the land and animals in the area. The ticket for the hot springs as well as lunch was included, and he was able to get me a fabulous vegan sandwich from a nearby deli. I would recommend this adventure for anyone who enjoys bike riding and wants to experience the beauty of yellowstone minus all the crowds.Rented an E bike to ride the roads in Yellowstone before they opened the roads to cars. Rented an E bike to ride the roads in Yellowstone before they opened the roads to cars. Excellent ride! E bike was well equipped, Jay was very knowledgeable and able to tell me what I needed to bring with me. My bike fit me well, had a lock, and an extra battery. The power was great, didn't have any issues getting up the 3000+ feet of climb between Gardiner and Norris Geyser Basin. I did need the second battery to get back, but had plenty of juice to spare. Jay even ordered excellent weather for the trip. I'd highly recommend renting from Big Sky E bike Tour and Rentals. My only caution is to watch the weather--it can get cold, windy, and snowy. It was comforting to know that if I didn't return, they would come out to look for me.My husband and I were looking for something different to do in Yellowstone that took us away from the crowds and off of the beaten path. My husband and I were looking for something different to do in Yellowstone that took us away from the crowds and off of the beaten path. THIS WAS IT! We got to see things we didn’t plan on seeing. We covered a lot of fun places to see. Jay was knowledgable and so helpful. The day was a bit drizzly and we had so much fun. We want to come back in the spring and see more of Yellowstone has to offer via ebike! Thank you!We had a fantastic time MT Biking in Yellowstone with Jay. The E-Bikes are a totally unique and awesome way to see Yellowstone. Jay lead us on a very cool ride/hike through the park, showed us all the wildlife (and where to look), and took us to a secret waterfall.
