The local narrator gave it an added air of authenticity. The app worked well with my iPhone and Bluetooth earbuds, which allows my partner and I to share the experience.

This tour was easy to load onto our phone and gave us a really interesting walking tour of Whitby, which we could do at our own pace. We stopped off en route to visit the Whitby Museum and then for a cuppa and cake in Sanders Yard Restaurant. Our local guide was Devon Howard, who had superb knowledge of Whitby and guided us around, with a great sense of humour. A fab way to see this glorious town, even during Coronavirus restrictions.Whitby is amazing, lots of little shops, pubs and restaurant/cafes, busy times of the year or weekends expect a bit of a queue, will be going again. Plenty of B&B's or camping options.
