Overview

With the ethno-gastronomic experience, travelers discover Atacama through the sense of taste. Each dish brought to the table is presented by Chef Lickan antai, explaining the reason for each preparation, both traditional and signature cuisine.

What to expect

The main commitment of the experience is to show the products of the Atacama desert and the Andean region, to generate a sensitive journey through Lickan Antai lands on your palate.
-Generally, different groups of diners share a single central table in order to share opinions about the experience and their stay in San Pedro de Atacama.
-The dishes will be brought to the table one by one with their respective pairings that can be Chilean wines, craft beers and infusions of local herbs and presented by chef Lickan Antai.
-The menu is a surprise and rotates depending on the products available according to the season, maintaining traditional preparations.
-Dinner lasts 1:45hrs
-There will be an exhibition of raw local products, which will be explained and used in the same tasting dinner.
-It is of EXTREME IMPORTANCE to notify any food restriction in advance.
-The need for a special menu for vegetarian passengers must also be notified in advance.

• Sopaipillas with pebre and cachiyuyo - Dough and salsa typical of Chile with touches of the Atacama desert.
• Patasca - One of the typical dishes of the Lickan antai culture.

Melhor jantar. Comida muito boa, sempre com ingredientes locais. Trabalham apenas um casal, ambos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, nos pegaram no hotel e serviram o jantar em uma duna de areia próxima a San Pedro, local espetacular. Recomendo muito!

Foi um dos pontos mais altos fa viagem sem dúvida nenhum! Estávamos de carro, recebemos a localização no whatsapp, um ponto na estrada sem nada ao redor.
