Stop At: Playa Progreso, Progreso 97320 Mexico
You will be picked up from your hotel in Progreso at the time of your preference aboard a luxury Mercedes Benz vehicle. Go directly from your hotel to Uxmal’s Archaeological Site, known by many as place of legend and myth. It is situated within a series of hills known as the Puuc or “mountainous area” in the Mayan language.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Zona Arqueologica Uxmal, Carretera Federal No. 261, Uxmal 97899 Mexico
In this amazing archaeological site a private bilingual guide will take you to explore colossal constructions like the Magicians Pyramid, the Governors Palace, the Dove´s Temple and the Nuns Quadrangle. The archaeological structures and buildings located throughout Uxmal are ornamented with geometrical figures and masks of the rain god, Chaac. The rain god was considered by the Maya people as one of the most important of their deities.
After your visit you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurants of either the beautiful Hacienda Uxmal or in the gardens of the Lodge at Uxmal surrounded by unique Maya Palapas (at your own expense).

Our tour guide Jorge was AMAZING and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with our 3 small kids. Uxmal is amazing and just breathtaking. The hacienda food, drinks, and pool were much appreciated after a hot day. Having a private driver and tour made this a very special day. The only drawback was not realizing we would have to travel by shuttle from port to meet up with our driver. We were also dropped off at a station farther in town so we ended up walking about 15 minutes to the car. I thought we wouldn’t have enough time to see everything but we had plenty of time and it was a great day. Highly recommend!
