At 9:00 a.m., we'll meet up on Paseo María Agustín in Zaragoza and get on the van that will take us to the town of Nuévalos, where the famous Monasterio de Piedra is located. After an hour and a half of travel, we will arrive at our destination.
For approximately two hours, accompanied by our guide, you will visit the historic park-garden of the Monasterio de Piedra.
Where we will discover waterfalls, lakes, caves and other spectacular corners. Also, this park is home to more than 20 different species of birds. You will love to relax with their singing!
After the walk, we'll meet up again and take you to a restaurant so you can eat on your own. Could there be a more beautiful setting to recharge your batteries?

Then it will be time for you to explore the Stone Monastery on your own. Founded by monks of the Cistercian order, the building combines elements of the Romanesque and Gothic styles. You will enjoy free time to stroll through its cloister, visit various rooms such as the church, the monastic kitchen or the chapter house. You can also visit the wine museum on your own. A very special visit!
Once you have toured the monastery, we will return to the van to return to Zaragoza, where we will arrive at 5:15 p.m.

Hoy teníamos que estar en el monasterio de piedra con esta empresa, nos han dejado tirados. Media hora esperando en el punto de partida y sin nadie contestando al teléfono, nadie se ha presentado. Tampoco nos han enviado la hoja de reclamaciones. Cuando por fin han cogido el teléfono "estaban de ...
Hoy teníamos que estar en el monasterio de piedra con esta empresa, nos han dejado tirados. Media hora esperando en el punto de partida y sin nadie contestando al teléfono, nadie se ha presentado. Tampoco nos han enviado la hoja de reclamaciones. Cuando por fin han cogido el teléfono "estaban de vacaciones" sin avisarnos, habiendo cobrado sus 170€. Cero recomendado y nos tocará luchar ante consumo. Cero solución ni disculpas. Trato PÉSIMO AL CLIENTE. Nos han arruinado el día y encima hemos tenido que justificar que habíamos pagado reenviandoles su propia factura. No nos creían cuando estábamos en la calle esperando y no por gusto. Increíble, no concibo que a una empresa le den igual sus clientes, que no avisen y que nos hagan justificar como delincuentes una factura cobrada desde el 1 de agosto. ¿En 19 días nadie en la empresa ve los ingresos ni planifica las excursiones? Nos han atendido hoy, tras mucho insistir, a desgana con frases como "espera que enciendo el ordenador" tras esperar de por sí en la calle más de media hora. Otras perlas de la conversación: "podéis ir en bus normal otro día". Menos mal que son una empresa de excursiones turísticas, desde luego que no volveremos, ni recomendaremos. Lo mínimo es asumir el error bien gordo de hoy e intentar dar solución o compensar al cliente. Cero en todo. Actualmente me está intentando amenazar por WhatsApp porque he dejado la misma reseña en Google.chloe_m
