What to expect
Even if you are new to scuba diving, a veteran instructor will guide you kindly and carefully. Snorkel in the morning, get used to basic diving training and the sea, and start scuba diving experience in the afternoon. You can enjoy the underwater world at a depth of 5-6m. Izu Ocean Park is a popular dive spot for divers. It will be a very satisfying day by interacting with many fish.

We loved this hotel, and we were happy that our travel agency in Houston recommended it for our first trip to Sicily. Everything about the Grand Hotel et Des Palmes was a delightful experience for us. We stayed five nights and enjoyed it to the full! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like VIPs. Everyone on staff -- from the front desk managers, to the dining room attendants, doormen and housekeepers -- made us feel welcome and appreciated. Location is a big reason why this was a good choice. Grand Hotel et Des Palmes is located in the heart of Palermo on the famous via Roma, a main thoroughfare in the historic district. From the hotel, you are in walking distance to everything — great restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, historical sites and monuments, cafes and street vendors, and the Piazza Marina, where the cruise ships dock. This beautifully restored hotel is elegant and well-appointed with stunning Italian marble, interesting photography, artwork, antiques and fine modern furnishings. Yet, despite its European opulence, there's nothing pretentious or stuffy about the hotel. The rooms are generous size, quiet and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are large modern design cladded in jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling marble and a generous size glass shower. We never had an opportunity to eat dinner at the hotel, but the daily breakfast buffet, included in the price, was always delicious and very fresh. The only negative thing that I'll mention here is that someone on our floor was smoking, and the scent of cigarette smoke filled the hallway. But once inside our room, the smell of smoke disappeared.Be upfront about this unnecessary charge. I remark about the professionalism of Abdelmak Soud and all the stuff from Kid's club (Fancy Land : Irina, Anya, Mahmud). My dother was very happy! We liked the golf car drivers, that were very polite and respectful👌 The food is diverse and tasty. We had a wonderful vacation!
