Our guide Martin was extremely informative and gave a wonderful historical perspective on how Montreal was founded, settled and developed.I have no recommendations about how this tour could be improved because Tom was such a professional guide - the 2 hr tour is packed full of interesting information and observations - and provides lots of ideas for further exploration and reading after the tour - it is really worth doing this tour!

Clearly he loves his home City and imparts his intimate knowldge with wit and warmth. His historical insights both on Montreal as a city, and the sociology of Anlgophone and Francophone relations over the years, left me with a much better understanding of both.
