According to another legend, Lord Brahma sacrificed ten horses during Dasa-Ashwamedha yajna performed here.

Ravi was extremely passionate about Varanasi & has wonderful knowledge about the city. He was extremely patient & took care of the seniors in our group. He showed us places we never knew existed. Don't think twice & book him for your tour!

We enjoyed 2 days with Ravi. Ravi was punctual, attentive and had excellent knowledge of Varanasi, it’s sights and secrets and rituals. We liked fact that cost was as stated on website with no « dealing »required. Also Ravi was very flexible and happy to accommodate our requests for rest stops, drinks/meals stops etc. and whether sites would be added to or deleted from his itinerary. We were also able to choose where our meal stops were and he fully accepted our request not to be taken into shops, Overall, an excellent guide. Given all the above we felt the cost was reasonable and good value. An ideal guide for solo or group women and all aga groups. Well paced for the more mature traveller.
