A great time exploring Imlil and Agafay. Beautiful village, excellent lunch and locations that weren’t too touristy. Ismail was a wonderful guide.

Mustapha was an incredible guide and host. We came as a couple with our 1 year old son. Mustapha was very accomodating, playing and laughing with our son at times. His life story was extremely interesting, and equally he was very interested in ours too. The traditional Moroccan lunch was incredible, and it transpired it was held at the beautiful home of his family in the highest village in the area of the Atlas Mountains. Meeting his mother was a joy, and her cooking was divine. Thank you so much Mustapha, I hope we can meet again. It was a personal experience and Mustafa was great! The food we had was the best food we have had since being in Morocco. The places we went were amazing. We even took our 14 month old baby and he loved it!!!!

He also speaks many languages, so visitors from many countries can feel welcome. Would recommend!

Got in around 10:15. Plenty of folk already there, lining up at multiple places to pose for pictures, and guess what, you get to pause your walking to accommodate them or get in line yourself. The garden itself is delightfully shady and cool. The plants are in obvious good health, and the landscaping design, that is the strategic placement of plants to one another, is pleasing. Flat, paved paths, good for mobility impaired. Not a particularly child friendly attraction, best for adults, good place to bring older relative because shady, pretty, and level path. Still, as a visitor I would think twice before visiting, as in my opinion, it does not illuminate Moroccan culture or history.
