Belogradchik rocks are a natural phenomenon that was nominated for The New 7 Wonders of the world. Located in the northwestern part of Bulgaria, for millions of years nature has molded interesting forms from the rocks which are connected with many legends. Among the rocks, we will visit the Belogradchick fortress which was built during the Roman Empire.

Stop At: Venetsa Cave, Belogradchik 3945 Bulgaria

Venetsa cave is one of the most beautiful caves in Bulgaria. It is open for visitors in 2015 and fasts it becomes famous with its interesting formations colored by lights. Here is the place to test your imagination and explore the Virgin Mary, God's eyes, pelican's head, and many more.

Travel back to Sofia from Belogradchick.
