We did the half day bicycle tour with Greenbike Adventure and it was one of the best things we did in Bali during our 2 weeks vacation. Our guide Pendy explained us so many interesting things on the way. The way through the backroads of Bali was really beautiful, we got to see small villages, fruit and vegetable plantations by the road, ricefields, jungle.... We could choose several times if we preferred to go off road or a quiet street and our guide always warned us of bumps in the road. The lunch at the end was great, yes it's a buffet, which other reviews mentioned, but with a small selection of really high quality and local dishes. Overall it was a perfect bicycle tour experience!!Prompt pickup, friendly guides, safe well organised trip. Visit to coffee house then stop for Mountain View. Once on the bikes rode through villages, rice fields & rural Bali.

Nyoman was a WONDERFUL guide and so was our other guide. I’m not a very strong biker and some of the roads were narrow and bumpy, so i struggled a bit and was a bit slower than my group, but the guides were patient with me. Even though I’m not great on the bike it was mostly downhill so most parts weren’t too difficult. the food and snacks were great and they took great care of us. The tour was so cool and informative and i particularly enjoyed making the offering with flowers at the balinese home. I would absolutely do another tour with this company. You will enjoy especially if you have Nyoman as your guide, he is so kind and knowledgeable and has such a happy vibe, we loved him!!!It's a bit mixed review for this tour as there are both positives and negatives. It's a bit mixed review for this tour as there are both positives and negatives. Overall, this is a nice experience to have. Cycling through Kintamani, witnessing local folks' life, going through the rice terraces of Bali. The pros --- guides are excellent. They are very informative and they took care of us very well. There are 2 guides for every group, so at any junctions where there are difficult vs. easy options the group can always split. The view along the rice fields are nice, and the lunch at the Greenkubu Cafe is very good. One of our group members have nuts and gluten allergies. They prepare special menu for that member, which shows great care of their customers. The cons --- biggest problem is the state of the bicycles. As this is a downhill cycling tour, many people overused the rear brakes and we found the rear brakes in at least 2 of the bikes in poor conditions. One even caused an accident for one of our group member. Given the state of the roads which are downhill, rough, and with potholes, it is of the utmost importance that the bikes be maintained in good condition. We find it the breakfast in kopi luwak place a bit boring. But I can understand that some people would find it interesting if this is the first time for them to know about kopi luwak. Net, good experience to have. But I would recommend Greenbike to pay more attention to the maintenance of their bicycles for the safety of their customers. We had a great ride with Butel and the crew from Green Bike. The scenery was absolutely fantastic and riding through the villages and surrounding areas was a real eye opener. Butel was very passionate about the area and was quick to answer questions and give us a great commentary on or tour.
