The Marshan Palace is a palace of the King of Morocco in the Marshan neighborhood of Tangier, Morocco. Initially known in the early 1950s as the seat of the Legislative Assembly of the Tangier International Zone.

Forest Perdicaris (referring to Perdicaris incident), kidnapping of the American wealthy Perdicaris on 18 May 1904 by Mulai Ahmed Raisuli.

Stop At: Cap Spartel, Tangier, Morocco
Cap Spartel is a promontory in Morocco about 1, 000 feet (300 m) above sea level at the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar, 12 km west of Tangier. It is the northwesternmost point of the African continent. Below the cape are the Caves of Hercules. Enjoy spectacular views over the Meeting point of Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea.

Situated next to the summer palace of the King of Morocco. The cave has two entances, one to sea and one to land. The sea entrance is known as "The Map of Africa", believed to be created by the Phoenicians which is in the shape of Africa when looked at from the sea.

We could not be more pleased with the day we spent with Ali in Tangier. Ali is a wonderful guide with so much info about Tangier and Morocco. He was a joy to spend the day with in this beautiful City. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone, anytime.

Tour was great, Abdul was our guide and we couldn't have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable guide. He was great and was able to show us everything we wanted to see and was as flexible as we needed. Would highly recommend this trip if you're visiting Tangier

Shortly after booking Ali made contact through WhatsApp. He stayed in contact and as the trip got closer providing details about passport control and customs. Day prior he made contact again. This time because the winds were high, he articulated the chances of the ferry out of Tarifa might be ...
Shortly after booking Ali made contact through WhatsApp. He stayed in contact and as the trip got closer providing details about passport control and customs. Day prior he made contact again. This time because the winds were high, he articulated the chances of the ferry out of Tarifa might be cancelled but FRS will rebook on a larger ferry out of Algeciras and he’ll meet us at the new port. Ali was completely willing to shift the tour around the changing ferry schedule. We ended up canceling the trip because FRS return ferries kept changing. We might of had 3 hours in Tangier or might of had to spend the night. Ali completely understood the situation and made a prompt and full refund. Ali’s effort into coordinating showed his dedication and we had complete confidence in him. Wish we could of made it to Tangier, next time we’ll make a dedicated trip to Morocco.sarahdnyc

I cannot recommend Ali enough. He is kind, knowledgeable, fun-loving, and gracious. We took a day trip to Tangier from Spain and it was easily one of the most memorable days of my life. Our group of 13 was treated like family, including a very gracious invitation to dine in his home at the end of the day with his lovely wife and precious children. We had a whirlwind adventure in private transportation, seeing the major sites from Hercules Cave to the Medina, riding camels on the beach to a very memorable first hammam experience. The food was spectacular and plentiful, both at the restaurant and at his home. Ali made sure we could make the most of our limited time in Tangier and went above and beyond to ensure that we got safely back to Spain, despite the weather canceling our return ferry and leaving us in a panic - he helped create a new plan and took us to another port, walking us all the way to security to say goodbye and ensure our safe return (the photo is from that moment). Thank you, Ali! You’re a gem and I am still grateful for that sweet goodbye hug from your cute little daughter. I highly recommend booking with Ali - don’t even think twice about it!thomwoodley

Ali was incredible! We only had one day in Tangier, and he went above and beyond and out of his way to take our large, last minute group. He arranged private lunch, camel and Hercules cave tours, and then, even into his own home for a special dinner. And then when our ferry got cancelled, he drove us an hour outside of the city to catch another one. A whirlwind day, one of the best of our lives - and it couldn't have been done without Ali.
