Pass By: Malecon de Puerto Ayora, Ave Charles Darwin, Puerto Ayora 200350 Ecuador
The guide will pick you up in the lobby of the hotel, (Hotel pick up inside the urban perimeter of Puerto Ayora) or we can give you a good meeting point to join with us.
Stop At: Santa Fe Island, Santa Fe Island, Galapagos Islands
We start at 08:00 in a previously stipulated place. We will be directed to the passenger boarding area that is located in the port of Santa Cruz and then board a boat that will take us to Santa Fe Island (southeast of Santa Cruz), in an estimated 50 minutes.
Once at the site, we do a panga ride in the bay to watch colonies of sea lions with their young. We will also have the iconic presence of Opuntia cacti and on many occasions seabirds such as the blue-footed booby.
As a second activity we do two snorkeling times around the reef area (45 minutes per snorkeling), where you can make an impressive appreciation of a marine fauna stocked by a number of endemic species. Lunch on board takes place between these activities.
Having reached this point on the itinerary, we headed to a third site called Playa Escondida (located on Santa Cruz Island). While we move to the place, an interactive experiential fishing is carried out. Already on the beach, you can choose at your convenience between relaxing in the crystal clear waters or resting on the sand.
Arrival at port may vary. Between 15:30 and 16:00 according to the forecast.
In this tour we will make 2 activities of snorkeling near the island in the best spots to see the local marine fauna, then we will start the experiential fishing activities, come with us to enjoy this fun activity.
The bay throughout its length and breadth is excellent for swimming and snorkeling. Sea turtles, rays, marine wolves, plenty of colorful fishes.
Duration: 7 hours

I took this tour on aug 22. I had two previous tours in Galápagos the days before so I know how at minimum how a decent tour should be. First, we departed the dock an hour late. We were suppose to be picked up from our hotel however they were 30 min late and didn’t bother to communicate with us. I had to text the contact number for this agency who in turned contacted someone else who showed up in a taxi and dropped us off at another hotel. We waited another 20 mins there before being met by someone who took us to a snorkel shop then walked us to the dock. It was the most chaotic departure of any tour I had thus far in Galápagos. Second, I booked this tour in English. Everyone else on this tour spoke Spanish. This is fine, in my other tours the guide would speak in Spanish then translate to me after wards. This tour guide barely spoke to me, and the times he did was to only tell me about two animals. The conversations on the boat I was excluded from. The conversation during lunch when talking about the islands-I was also excluded from. I felt really sad and actually teared up on the boat. Third, the most important part was the fact that we did not go to playa escondida as per the second activity on the itinerary. I was very disappointed with this. If I knew this I would’ve booked a cheaper ticket to sante fe with any other company. Also, the experiential fishing did not happen. In all, this was the worse tour I had in Galápagos. It was disorganized, the tour guide excluded me (unlike all the other naturalist guides I had before), I was lied to because we did not fish or go to playa escondida.94traveli
