Just returned from Zhangjiajie 11/24-11/29 with Chris Tan. Before the trip we communicated back and forth to clarify questions and better prepare for what to expect. Just returned from Zhangjiajie 11/24-11/29 with Chris Tan. Before the trip we communicated back and forth to clarify questions and better prepare for what to expect. He sent us a day to day activities and hotel reservations for 4 days. He made all hotel reservations for us dependent on your budget. We stayed at Pullman Hotel for 3 nights. 1 night at Phoenix City and the last night somewhere close to the airport as we have an early flight to catch. On the first day Chris pick us up at Dayong Airport with our name on the board waiting for us, that is a good sign. He was a very good and careful driver. We tour all the major sites in Zhangjiajie and Chris secure all the tickets for us. He customized the tour according to our needs and desires. He was very knowledgeable about the Park and local area. Two members of our group like to take photograph and they stopped every 5 minutes and Chris was very patient waiting for them. he never rush us. He helped my uncle (he is 87) in and out of his van, he even carried his camera bag for him and I really appreciated that a lot. He really care about you. Chris was extremely helpful in multiple ways. He is able to get tickets for rides, check in to the hotel, recommended local restaurants for evening dinner for us. He was also helpful in changing our itinerary according to the weather conditions. He is always available via social media to assist. If you are going to do a tour, you can't go wrong with Chris. Yes it is true once you are inside the national park there is a shuttle service provided to get from point A to point B, however there is NOT enough information as to where the bus is going for foreign traveler. You will save lots of your time and hassle trying to figure out which site to go as the national park is big.Tourist49071894884

Siempre preocupado por nosotros, buscando lo mejor para nosotros en todo momento. Su explicación en inglés fue basta, completa y clara. Idioma en inglés perfecto 👌 amplio vocabulario y muy buena pronunciación. La recomendación de lugares a visitar, el restaurante para el Lunch que seleccionó para nosotros, de primer nivel! De última hora decidimos agregar un show tradicional chino de música, cantó y baile y el nos recomendó el mejor, además nos ayudó con la compra de los tickets (BTW: eligió los mejores asientos con las mejores vistas) y nos guió hasta el final "NUNCA nos dejó solos" LA verdad nos sentimos muy protegidos por él (Cris, nuestro guía) Cris y Kelly (conductor de la camioneta) siempre super atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar y por supuesto absoluta disponibilidad 🫶 No acabaría de agregar todo lo mágico y productivo que fue el día de hoy. Ver el puente de cristal, las montañas de avatar y todas las interminables actividades que se pueden hacer en el PARQUE NACIONAL DE ZHANGJIAJIE lograron hacer de este tour una muy AGRADABLE SORPRESA. todo valió la pena gracias a que Cris nuestro guía, nos llevo de la mano paso a paso y en todo momento, y sobretodo las mejor atención. Si van a ZHANGJIAJIE les recomiendo totalmente. Ante Eva y Luis BTW: Se convirtió en nuestro fotógrafo del día y al final nos cantó un tema tradicional chino! We had only one day in Zhangjiajie, and we wanted to make the most of it! This was made possible by Kelly and her team.
