Amazing property with a lot of original features. The owner and tour guide really know their stuff and have a true passion for the site, the exhibits and the history. It’s a real hidden gem and so worth a visit! Thank you Bob for your hospitality and warm welcome.

The house is well furnished and well maintained. The guide was knowledgeable. The grounds were minimal, but the house was interesting enough by itself to justify the $20 ticket. Biggest drawback is the road up to the house: narrow, winding and torturous.

It was a wonderful trip back in time and all the artifact are kept in pristine condition. Our guide Thora was excellent her knowledge told a detailed story that one could get lost in. I would highly recommend her, over all it was a great experience especially if you love history.
