Regarding service here you can find everything required for a normal bus excursion, no less, no more. So, first thanks go to the administrators who won't let you get to the wrong bus and do a lot of troubleshooting so that everyone feels comfortable. The excursions themselves can be multilingual and if that's the case, while one language group has a lecture, another one has some free time: for me it not only seems fair but also prolongs the free exploration and gives some time for good photos. The places themselves are unique each in its own way. Personally I enjoyed the way Garni territory was made into a cozy park - both a historical place and a picturesque place to meditate a bit. A small tip I neglected at first: memorize some of your tripmates at once and during the free time keep an eye on them so you won't get lost or fall behind. This was an amazing tour seeing beautiful places with so much history! Samuel, our tour guide and our bus driver did an amazing job all throughout the day! Thank you to both! :)

I did an English tour on 8 November with Tigran and a driver whose name I unfortunately forgot. Tigran was very friendly and nice and spoke English fluently. He shared funny stories during the tour and was really motivated to tell as much as he can about the places we visited. Apart from that, the driver had a very thought-out first aid kid and helped me when I had a headache. Overall, I enjoyed the tour a lot although I'm not a big fan of group tours. Another good thing about this tour compared to other similar ones in other countries is that they don't take you to shops/factories/etc. to buy some stuff. The driver was at the hotel very promptly. But there is a lot of wasted time. The office wasn’t far from the hotel and we were there at 9:25 for a 10:00 departure. This could be better handled. The driver was at the hotel very promptly. But there is a lot of wasted time. The office wasn’t far from the hotel and we were there at 9:25 for a 10:00 departure. This could be better handled. The guide Sam and your driver Arman were very good. Sam had lots of information and facts to tell and he gave us a good amount of time at each of the sites. He made conversation and was keen to please and get to know his guests. Garni temple was beautiful, if you can do the tour that adds the gorges then you won’t be disappointed. The monastery was really interesting and also set in a very beautiful area. We enjoyed the lavash bread making workshop and there was plenty of opportunity to have a go. Lunch was ok, it isn’t included but you get to choose from three options and pay directly after the meal. It took an hour to get to lake Sevan which was also a very beautiful place. It would have been good to have a boat ride or spend more time but it was already 18:30 when we arrived back in Yerevan. A lovely tour, with a good guide and safe driver.Nice experience. Very informed guide. Stunnin places. A lots of cultural and historicaly were seen..
