Our flight was cancelled and delayed several hours. Our driver kept in touch and was there meeting us with a smile…We had not eaten in several hours, he kindly stopped in way to hotel to let us get take away food and beverages.

The phone number we were given on the ticket did not work. We had to get a taxi and pay a second time to get to our hotel. We will be requesting a refund.
