While the trip and tastings were great, there is room for improvement: First - bring cash because none of the vendors/stores/restaurants take credit cards & there are no ATM's at the rock. We were not able to buy food, drinks or souvenirs before/after we climbed which pretty much ruined this experience because we could not enjoy it as we would have liked. Second, the boat ride would have been ok if it wasn't for the blaring music the entire ride. We voiced our concerns to our guides that we could not hear each other talk but the guides were too interested in dancing and ignoring our needs. We will not be back.Nice tour guide and driver and good food. Excellent tour guide Jennifer Neomi. Nice view and boat tour

It's a tour that has all the potential to be great or be ruined. I believe that the management could a bit much more to ensure a better experience, manage expectations and etc. What to expect: 1) Fantastic and authentic, serene nature, cities and views. All is amazing, the weather, scenery, the local crowd not mentioning the Cathedral and Guatape scenery. 2) Old yet clean bus. It's quite run down, especially the interior, pretty loud and creaky inside, but has air conditioning, which is good. 3) Pretty cool crowd of fellow tourists, the majority are well educated, well behaved foreign tourists. Very interesting people, loved their company. 4) Gastro tour means a cup of cacao, piece of pan de queso, few berries with cream, and a pretty small portion of food in a banana leaf, served in the cheapest possible paper plate and utensils, piece of cheese with jam in a banana leaf. 5) Tour guide although quite charismatic, failed to provide with any sort of valuable information, on the country, city, region, little cities, their economy, geography, social structure, history etc. It was a bunch of incoherent lines, including an anecdote on dam building involving a petty conflict between a priest and some politician and a church. The management should provide a guide with a script with relevant information. I personally wanted to find out so much about the places we are going to, and judging by our tour's patrons, they would also want it. 5) Boat tour was unbearable, loud, obscene, low quality music. Why spoil the serenity of the atmosphere? Again, the tour patrons would much more appreciate the tranquility or may be some peaceful live folk music, not a barrage of local pop music. I asked the guide to make the sound lower, but to no avail. With the few changes, the tour may become so much better. It's obvious that the owner or the founder of the tour didn't take it themselves lately, as it would be clear to them as well. Their audience want to have a thoughtful, carefully executed tour, allowing them to appreciate the culture, nature and tranquility.NIIIIIIIIIICE!!! Erikson was such a fun guide. Bus ride out was a beautiful ride to enjoy the countryside. All the food stops were delicious. The tour was definitely worthwhile!

My wife and I took a private tour with Jairo García and it was fantastic. We learned so many interesting facts about the history of Colombia thanks to his extensive knowledge of the area. He brought us to so many local spots we wouldn’t have known to visit on our own. He also took tons of great photos for us and kept us entertained with his joyful and warm personality. We would highly recommend his tour.Erickson was such an amazing tour guide. He was very entertaining. There was never a dull moment. Pedro was a good driver. The tour itself was amazing. We got to taste a lot of traditional food. All in all, it was very informative and we got to visit a lot of important places in Antiqoua.
