So glad we did, had a fabulous time & so did everyone else in the group. Darren was friendly & knowledgable. Never ridden an e-bike before - what fun it was. Thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Sadly wouldn’t recommend. We booked onto the e-bike 2 hour tour. Spent 30-40 minutes messing around with the bikes - they only have bikes for people over 5;5 (my height and I only just about could touch the floor). My Mum in law sadly couldn’t do the tour as they only had one single bike for slightly shorter people. The tour guide left half way through the tour to do another tour (perhaps short staffed), we then got rushed back really quickly (which was quite scary for my Mum with moving traffic / people) as they had another tour straight after. I found it odd that they didn’t leave even half an hour between tours. The 2 hour tour isn’t 2 hours at all. You could easily see all of what we saw on foot. The tour guide also oddly made us stand in the pouring down rain listening to her right at the beginning of the tour, when there were areas nearby to shelter - meaning we were soaked for the rest of the tour. It was just completely disorganised and rushed. I emailed the company to feed this back to them and they basically just argued with all the points I made and offered no compensation. Unfortunately they don’t seem to care about their customers! Just want to get as many bookings as possible to make ££! Oh dear! Avoid at all costs!Haugesund is a lovely little village. Tour guide was wonderful but would do well to speak louder and make sure everyone can hear at stops. Two of our riders had done difficulty’s which slowed the pace. We would have preferred to ride and see more as to the length of the stops.

The 4 of us arrived today on 14 July 2023 on a Princess cruise heading to Iceland. We booked a E bike guided tour from Australia and were overwhelmed with the service from this company for the two hours we were with them. The bikes were new and excellent with helmets with a bottle of water. The town is very pretty with some lovely points of interest and viewing for photography. Highly recommended.
