Jack was such an awesome host. We did a 5-7 mile hike with just the family. He was patient with our group as I had a special needs son that was asking a ton of questions and I was slower than most so he was constantly having to wait for me. We had a great time and got to see some really great sights. Unfortunately outside of birds, a wolf track, and the elk herd we didn't see a lot of animals because it was an extremely warm day (based on Yellowstone standards). Still a great outing!Great tour with Cody. He was charming, extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Great time was had by all!

Nice day spent in Yellowstone with a guide. Did a moderate hike up to Bunsen Peak. My only disappointment was we carried heavy backpacks and our guide did not suggest to us we wouldn’t need them - which we didn’t. And the tour states walking sticks are provided but they weren’t. We had our own which we would have brought if we’d known. But I overall we enjoyed the day except for those two thingsJack was great! You could tell that he loves the park and sharing it's wonders with us. We were captivated by his knowledge.

I took my 12 yo son with me to learn more about Yellowstone and go for a hike while vacationing from Georgia.I described our current activity levels for them to decide which hike was best suited for us. Sam conveniently and promptly met us near our hotel. We learned Sam had more than enough educational background and experience and that we were in safe and capable company. Our lunches and snacks had been thoughtfully prepared for our day. We were able to observe elk, bison, wolves, a coyote, a moose, a showdown between a black bear and a grizzly mom with her two cubs. We had an unforgettable day tailor made just for us.One of the best decisions of the trip!! The guide made the entire trip - she always wanted to make sure we were ok to continue and the lunch was a great bonus! I will certainly do this again!
