Jorge, from Rutica41, was an extraordinary host and tour guide. We booked a one-day excursion and visited two wineries in Cariñena. The first was Heredad Anson, family owned and operated, where Maria, a third generation winemaker, greeted us and walked us through the wine making process. She was delightful, very knowledgeable and funny. We tasted 2 reds, one white, and a rosé. All amazingly good. We could have easily spent our entire afternoon there, sipping wine and enjoying a good conversation. Then we visited Bodegas Grandes Vinos, which is the largest producer in the region, so you'll get to know firsthand what a huge economic driver the wine industry is in Spain. Both visits (with tastings) are a must!!! Rest assured Jorge's proposal is on point! BTW, the snacks were homemade and delicious. We highly recommend the experience and will do again on a future visit!Toures 100% recomendados. Aprendimos muchísimo de Zaragoza. Jorge , además, fue sumamente atento con todas nuestras preguntas y necesidades. Our experience was incredible. Jorge was a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. We’re were picked up on time and fortunate to have a small group of four people total (along with Jorge). The two wineries we visited were quite different, which was delightful. Great history of the region and the wineries and even greater wine, accompanied by bread, cheese, jamón. We were not rushed at all and had a great time asking questions about the process and even the corks. I would highly recommend this adventure with Jorge.Jorge's tour began from our Logroño hotel and took us on a short drive to our first winery (Bodegas Anson) where we enjoyed a very interesting tour of their wine making process before sapling their delicious wines in the company of Maria, the winemaker. Jorge's tour began from our Logroño hotel and took us on a short drive to our first winery (Bodegas Anson) where we enjoyed a very interesting tour of their wine making process before sapling their delicious wines in the company of Maria, the winemaker. Then on to a completely different winery, Libre y Salvaje, a while nery which uses some.interwati g methods. We even saw some orange wine being pressed. Would certainly recommend this tour with Jorge, who was a wonderful host
