Not happy with this tour. All that was planned was a visit to a museum and the caves. The museum was not interesting at all. Most everything was new. There were no descriptions of anything. Tour guide did not explain much of anything. There were some local venders selling some things and when I looked at some paintings I was told by the tour guide that they were “cheap” and that he would take me to his artist friends place. I still looked and he said let’s go. The whole museum visit took about 20 minutes. Then we went to the caves. We spent maybe 30 minutes there with little explanation. We then go to his friends “artist house” that had lots of large ornament statues and very little paintings that were not very nice at all. This was not a half day tour. He did offer to take us to some temples but at this point we had enough. Tour guide slept on the way back to our hotel. We’ve gone on many tours and this was the worst. Save your money, explore the caves on your own.
