Great evening with Chef Barry and other participants. Fun while learning lots of great tips and enjoying the delicious end result with good company!I have cooked Gumbo for years. I was hoping I learned at least one thing new. I learned about a dozen. I had a wonderful time. The food we made was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Roux class. I may be going back for the Jambalaya class as well.
