We had an awesome tour around Hanoi. A good combination of activities - learning how ceramics are made, a farm, welcome tea with an elder of the country. Trump was an awesome tour guide and took care of our whole group and made sure we had what we needed throughout. We ended with a tasty lunch. Emphasis at several points on sustainability and recycling. It is probably the biggest grins I have ever seen on my kids faces (18, 11, and 10). They loved riding on the motorbikes!Loved the entire experience. My sister and my family and I had the most wonderful time with our individual drivers and seeing and experiencing all the tour had to offer! Highly recommend!!

I am writing this review later than the trip because the first review I left I felt coerced into leaving a 5 star as the tour guide Leo sat down next to me and watched me while I completed it which made me feel very uncomfortable and l felt forced/coerced into to leaving a good review. We were picked up from our hotel for the motorbike tour and one of the motorcycles would not start after they arrived. There was about a 10 minute delay til the motorcycle was working again. They swapped out bikes at the restaurant we had lunch but throughout the day Leo continued to have issues with the bike stalling in the middle of traffic or basically every time we stopped. This made me realize it was probably more user error than mechanical. They had me ride in an army jeep a few times with another tour when Leo continued to have issues restarting the bike. Nothing against Leo he was very nice but the bike issues the entire tour put a damper on everything. The tour itself was decent, I expected to see more of the country and not ride just generic dirt roads. We didn’t ride the red river bank like the pictures showed. I’m fact we didn’t really go through any villages or deltas, just rode a dirt path until we were brought to the ceramics factory. We did not have local cuisine in the village like the tour said it would (they took us to a restaurant in Hanoi). We were brought to a local villagers house and we’re given tea and fruit. I would not recommend this trip to others based on my personal experience, unfortunatelty very disappointed especially after seeing how good of a time everyone else had based on their reviews. Viet the other driver for my dad was very nice and professional. We did the half day tour. This was an amazing tour! I went on the ceramics tour and the trip was great. My driver was very skilled in the hectic Hanoi traffic and the tour guide was very knowledgeable, easily able to discuss anything someone brought up (as opposed to just memorized facts). Also the lunch was delicious and in an amazing cafe, it was stunning ❤️ Oh! And there was a brief stop and discussion in some of the farming lands that was very informative as well!
