This was a fantastic tour. My only regret is that I didn't schedule it for my first day in Phnom Penh because I would have had a better sense of where things were and known more about the city's culture. Kom was a great guide. He greeted me promptly at my hotel, ordered a tuk tuk, and off we went to the area of the Central Market. After providing an overview of the market, as well as Cambodian history, Kom encouraged me to taste some of the food in the market that I wasn't familiar with. From there we walked leisurely around the city with Kom providing commentary along the way and at each stop. He recommended restaurants, informed me about Cambodian life, and provided historical background. I strongly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to get a 3-hour overview of the city.We had very limited time to spend in Phnom Penh and this has been a great way of investing part of it. We had very limited time to spend in Phnom Penh and this has been a great way of investing part of it. Hai has proven to be a great guide around the city, not only giving us historical information, but you could clearly see, walking around with him, he was really invested, passionate and knowledgeable about the culture, the history and the landmarks we saw. It has been a great experience which I would definitely recommend, especially if you're interested in understanding and learning more about Cambodian culture and history.Booked at very short notice and with limited time available to spend in Phnom Phen, this proved to be an ideal way to spend the afternoon. The tour exceeded my expectations, as an excellent introduction to the cities wonderful sites, sounds, smells, tastes and culture.
