She was extremely knowledgeable, spoke great English and fun to tour with :) She gave us options on what we wanted to see, but made sure we saw all the key attractions from Alicante -- both from a historical point of view it was very interesting to learn from her, but also from a practical point of view she was great pointing out great restaurants, places to shop and general knowledge of getting around Alicante. The tour was 3 hours, and at the end, she even bought us some delicious gelato.
