Fantastic tour with our guide Marcello! He picked us up in the city center and we drove for about 20 minutes to the mountains. He gave us some snack bars and cold water and we embarked on the hike there. The views were magnificent and the path was not that challenging. Marcello was super friendly, he told us a lot about nature and local people and frequently took pictures of us when the scenery was nice. The hike itself is about 2 hours long, so make sure you have water, head protection, and comfortable clothing. Would definitely recommend it!A great experience - an ideal trip out of Granada which gives you a taste of the Sierra Nevada. Our guide Julio led us through a canyon, then we climbed up onto a ridge and looped back to the start. Marcello was our tour guide and was fabulous at making us feel at ease and enjoy the experience. Very friendly and came prepared with hiking sticks, water and snacks. Of course the hike itself was gorgeous. I loved seeing the landscape and it was enjoyable even in the heat. I would still recommend choosing the morning or evening (I did evening) slots to avoid the peak heat though! I also like how it is capped at 8 people, it adds to the experience. But there were only 2 people including me on the hike so it was super peaceful. It was a great hike with Juan. He was very kind and we had a very special trip. I think for my son (nearly 15 years old) it was the best day of our stay in Andalusia. Thanks a lot!!

Thanks a lot!!This hike was a little challenging but not too hard. The trip through the canyon was really amazing and the terrain was rugged enough to make you feel out in boonies but it was really just a short drive from Grenada. The guide was great and kept an easy pace.. didn’t feel rushed or pushed at all

This lovely hike takes you through a canyon and then high above it. The guides are patient and helpful in the spots that are challenging. Marcelo and Julio are both friendly and encouraging. They clearly love what they do. They brought water, snacks, and hiking poles. Don't bring too much to carry-it will only get in your way. The group was small and yet I met people from many countries. A fun day.
