Tim Metcalf was engaging, knowledgeable, paced our tour well to accommodate my disability and was there to meet us even before our appointed time. He spoke to each one of us in our group, including us all. He answered questions, relayed new fun facts about history of the area and the people who made it. Best tour guide we've ever encountered.
