Luc D. was the best! Just so much knowledge and funny little details. Very interesting and entertaining. We loved it! (And I wasn’t even bribed by winning ‘the contest’)

A lovely host, Beren, combined local knowledge with good humour. We did pass some curious places on route to other stops, such as the glove shop and amazing Art Deco shop frontages which others in the group noticed, and were worthy historical legends, but I guess there is so much here that could be noticed and only 2 hours in which to do it. A very useful introduction to Antwerp and helped us navigate areas and set us on our way for the rest of our stay. The guide Marlene did a wonderful job. We had a very good time in Antwerp and enjoyed it very much as Marlene told us a lot of funny stories about the city. I can recommend a tour with her very much!

Marleen was our guide around a wet and windy Antwerp Saturday. We were there to learn about the city, but we're primarily in town to see the Queen of Pop, the one, the only, Madonna! Marleen tweaked the tour for the Madonna fans and added some fun facts about the city including where Madonna has stayed and who she is friends with. It helped us get 'Into The Groove' for the concert. At times, it was hard to hear Marleen amongst the hustle and bustle of the city, especially when windy. So we didn't get to hear everything. If she had had a microphone it would have helped. But she was friendly and informative and not afraid to be honest about Antwerp and it's residents.
