The horseback ride in the Andes Mountains will take you through an altitude landscape where you will have the opportunity to observe the characteristic fauna and flora of this area, while you ride on gentle horses, accompanied by a professional local guide.
We offer you 3 options : a half day tour (1 ride of 2 hours), a full day tour (2 rides of 2 hours with lunch) and a half day ride at sunset with dinner.

What to expect
Itinerary
We will pick you up from your hotel in Mendoza and take you to Los Amigos post, at only 20 minutes from the city. Once there, our guides (professional riders), will show us the horses and give a safety talk.
You can choose between:
Half Day Ride (4hrs): for two hours we will ride through the mountains on docile horses, reaching an altitude of 1200 m.a.s.l. We will enjoy the tranquility of the area, and even have the chance to see condors and Moorish eagles that inhabit the mountain range. We will take a break to enjoy some snacks.
Full Day Ride (9hrs): the ride will take us through an altitude landscape where we will have the opportunity to observe the characteristic fauna and flora of this area, while we ride on gentle horses, accompanied by a professional local guide. We will take two rides of two hours each. For lunch, a complete asado (barbecue) will be waiting for us, accompanied by typical Mendoza wine and drinks.
Ride at Sunset (6hrs): the ride is the same as the half day tour. Dinner included (same as lunch) and around a bonfire we will enjoy a "guitarreada" (play the guitar; a typical activity in friends meetings) with typical songs.
Return to Mendoza´s hotels.

Additional information
- Not wheelchair accessible

- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- If you choose the option with lunch or dinner, please advise at the time of booking if you have any food restrictions.
- Wear long pants, comfortable shoes (never flip flops or sandals), sunscreen, glasses, hat.

- It is the passenger's responsibility to wear a protective mask and maintain distance. In case they don't respect the basic safety measures, they will be asked to leave the tour. The capacity of tour will be temporarily reduced to ensure social distancing.

Me encanto este paseo en cabalgata. Fue una linda experiencia en Mendoza. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado. Fuimos por el día completo y el almuerzo estuvo muy bien, completo. Volvería!

Um lixo!!!! Atrasaram 1 hora para transfer, tudo sujo, sem água nos banheiros, animais magros de dar dó !!!! Falta de atenção!!!! Se perderam no caminho e os membros do grupo tiveram que assumir o controle !!! Extremamente perigoso e com risco de vida !!!!! Tenho certeza absoluta que mais dia ou ...
