- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Children between 5 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Minimum age is 5 years
- Comfortable closed walking shoes are highly recommended
- There is no seating available in the basket; passengers stand during the flight

I did this flight with my three brothers and 12 year old nephew, we really loved the trip. Aerotours were very accommodating, even though I got this flight as a gift voucher they allowed me to extend past the expiry date. They also gave us a refund on another ticket because of a flight problem we had from Ireland. They were fantastic on communicating before the trip, very fast and helpful replies. The team of technicians and pilots were super friendly and caring, they prevented all nervousness. There was some basic cava and platters of cheese and chorizo for the meal. They invited us to volunteer in folding up the balloon, we helped, it was fun, this team are so nice and friendly. The value (€180 pp) was actually really good considering the huge operation and skillful flight, great equipment, flying low over beautiful historic sights of Segovia, it was serene. Thanks Aerotours, I can't recommend enough, maravilloso!
