We had Yam as our guide and he was brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable but also attentive- checked if we were cold, if we wanted to move on etc. Lucky to see a rhino and a beautiful sunset. Very grateful. 2nd time in St Lucia and still so much to see!Excellent trip. Most amazing and knowledgeable guide Lindo who made the trip very memorable. His knowledge of the animals and birds was extensive, and I was blown away by his ability to spot animals and birds

He gave us a lot of information about the animals and we also spotted many animals, even a leopard. Another cup of coffee or tea at sunset to finish. Really beautiful... highly recommended!!

The weather was not really inviting but my guide Yamkela certainly was. Wrapped up snuggly in blankets and rain ponchos we set out to explore the Eastern Shores. Hats off to Yamkela for very skillful driving, navigating the wet muddy roads. The buffalo were out enjoying the cooler weather and we had some great up close sightings. Add in some magnificent kudu, bush buck, shy red duiker, zebra and hippos and it made for a very enjoyable outing. We kept on looking for that elusive leopard right up to the gate exit but as you know, cat's don't like water. Simply another reason to go out on another trip as soon as possible. Thanks Yamkela, Mandy and Heritage Tours. Highly recommended. Don't let the weather put you off.
