Iconic visit to Eilean Donan castle allowing time for photos and entrance.
Duration: 1 hour
Pass By: Skye Bridge, A87, Kyle of Lochalsh Scotland
Taking you over the sea to Skye on what was a controversial build at the time but is serving the island well.
Pass By: Isle of Skye Market Square, A87 Situated next to the coop, Broadford IV49 9AB Scotland
Passing through the second major town on Skye with it's stunning views across the sound to the site of the once bustling Kishorn Yard.
Stop At: Portree Harbour, Off the Sound of Rassay, Portree Scotland
With it's colourful harbour, Somerled Square, quaint shops and eateries and the excellent Aros centre offering history and culture, a stop in Portree is a must.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Kilt Rock, Scotland
Magnificent basalt formation, resembling a kilt and imposing Mealt Waterfall.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Staffin Fossil Museum, 6 Ellishadder, Staffin IV51 9JE Scotland
I love this place. Housed in the original family home of the lovely, Dugald Ross, with it's internationally famous collectioin of dinosaur fossils, found nearby, which he started in 1976!

Stop At: Quiraing Viewfield Road, Portree IV51 9ES Scotland
Captivating landscape at the north of the island. The Table was once used to play shinty on! Photo stop.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Skye Museum of Island Life, Kilmuir IV51 9UE Scotland
A little hamlet of black houses, offering an in-sight into the life of an islander in the 1800s and early 1900s.
Nearby is the Memorial to Flora MacDonald.
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: Talisker Distillery, Carbost IV47 8SR Scotland
Heading round Skye with views of Loch Bracadale and Loch Harport, stop to sample the islands only whisky, the famous, Talisker.
* This requires to be requested and tours pre-booked by us (the distillery is closed / has limited tour availability at this time due to building works)
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Achnasheen, Achnasheen, Ross and Cromarty, Scottish Highlands, Scotland
To complete our round trip, we return via Strathcarron.

There are many great reviews of Keith as a driver and tour guide, he did not disappoint. He picked us up a 9 am from our apartment, introduced himself and then gave an outline of the day. He gave us options and recommendations of what we could and should see on the trip to Skye. Keith also made a couple of dinner reservations for us as well arranged a cab for us to get to the airport.
