Jeff was our very knowledgeable and friendly guide. So much to see and do but we still had some flexibility such as stopping by the road to photograph the wildlife. Just a very special tour.

Had an amazing day out with near perfect weather for the start of the season. We took this tour with Norm and the new guide Chris. Norm was knowledgeable and was happy to answer any and all question, and told us a LOT of stories. Overall it was a really great day. Really recommend this tour for those going from Jasper to Lake Louise or Banff.

The sun dog company didn't give us any instructions on when or where to get picked up. The driver was very educated about the tour, but he was also very dry and uninteresting. It was as if he was giving a college lecture. His biggest concern was about arriving at the glacier walk before the Brewster tour bus left us. The viator write up wasn't explicit about what was included in the tour. We had no idea that we were going on the glacier walk and the ice walk. It would have been nice to have any sort of write up on these two excursions so that we could have had our heavy winter coats with us! The temp was in the 70s but was only in the 30s up on the glacier.... and it was windy and spitting sleet. We thought we were going to be in the bus all day.

We were needing to get from Jasper to Banff and decided to use this tour as our way of getting there. This was a great day, not only did were get to Banff but had an interesting and fun day on the way. The trip was well organised and we were able to get onto the ice parkway and the amazing sky walk, plus see lots of beautiful scenery on the way. Highly recommended.
It's a long day but well worth it on a sunny day. Our guide Harry with Sundog gave us extra stop offs because we were very efficient with getting on and off the bus at the designated stops which was nice. We saw a grissly bear and he didn't rush us due to the traffic jam.

This tour was not clear on Viator website about where it went and we basically ended up doing the same trip again but with another company called sun dog. We had 3 hours to waste while we waited for people visiting the glacier and skywalk, we wanted to spend time in Banff but arrived very late and shops were closed. We were unaware that Viator used different tour operators.
