Once booked I received a confirmation for different location and requested a change or refund within 10 minutes. I have yet to receive a refund !

Excellent service. The operator was in contact with me via whatsapp from when we landed and the driver came inside the airport to pick us up. The driver was a smooth driver and very well spoken. Only hiccup was that we were dropped about 5min walk from the hotel ad the police checkpoint wasn't allowing the vehicle through. This was at no fault to the operator. The transfer could definately have been done cheaper however as we wanted to pray Jummuah in haram and do our umrah, we managed to save time and get it done. No regrets about paying a little extra in that regard.As Salaam alaikum. Abdul Hannan picked us up from the airport and was very nice. He spoke well and was a good driver. As Salaam alaikum. Abdul Hannan picked us up from the airport and was very nice. He spoke well and was a good driver. We wanted to reach Makkah as soon as possible to do our Umrah and he managed to do that. Only hiccup was at the end where a police checkpoint (5min walk from our hotel) wasn't allowing us through. The policeman was obviously on some sort of a power trip as he was allowing 80percent of the vehicles through and when Abdul tried to discuss a way through, the policeman fined him. There was no fault to the driver. We had to walk with our luggage to the destination and Abdul would have helped but unfortunately could not leave the car unattended. I request AL Harbi Transport to not punish Abdul Hannan for the fine and if they want to do anything then lodge a formal complaint about the policeman to the Saudi Police.Amazing service. The person was at the airport before we arrived. The driver was very well informed of the locations and services around the area. I will recommend this service
