We had a great afternoon with Jolie's cooking class. After our hotel Pickup we had a Coffee at a local Shop, and went to the Cho Han (market) to buy food for later. Our guide Rozie showed us the local vegetable and fruits. Due to a little medical emergency Rozie paused the tour and brought us for a short stop back to our hotel. Back in the tour they also showed us, how organic vegetable are planted in Da Nang. Then we started the cooking class at the house of Rozies cousin Lucy. They showed us how to make Phó Bò , summerrolls, Bành Xèo and eggplant vietnamese style. We had a lot of fun tossing the vietnamese pancakes. 😀 In the end we got some fresh fruits from the market. We had 5 wonderful hours with Rozie and Lucy. We recommend the Tour to everybody who is interested in vietnamese food with a open and friendly atmosphere. (Especially for hobby cooks). What a lovely and beautiful cooking class with detailed information and information about Viet food and culture! Wish to come over again for that !
